Dumore Motors
In 1913, L.H. Hamilton and Chester H. Beach started a new company to produce labor-saving, motor-driven electrical devices, built with better designs and better components than the competition. Wisconsin Electric Company, soon renamed Dumore Corporation, grew quickly, refining its motors and bringing together a team dedicated to building quality products and standing behind them. Magneto Movement acquired Dumore Corporation from its most recent ownership group in 2023.
AM Equipment
Ted Powell began working at AM Equipment, then a dealer and service center for small engines, in 1972. In 1975, Ted and his wife Rita purchased AM Equipment and, over nearly 50 years, transformed the business into a leading designer and manufacturer of niche windshield wiper systems and motion control solutions for large OEMs and the aftermarket. In late 2021, the Powells selected Ilion Capital Partners to carry on the legacy of their business. ​We have added to the leadership team and accelerated growth.

American Precision Technologies was founded in 2024 with our acquisition of a 37-year-old machine shop. We are building this platform into a leader in the world of precision machining, with a focus on best-in-class technology, customer service, and on-time delivery. We are actively seeking add-ons to this platform.
